Welcome to my newest blog. I am new to wellness blogging, but want to share my journey with you!! I am a 47 year old who is trying to get fit and healthy. I am a full-time working mom and also MLM/Direct Sales Independent Consulting for It Works Global - a plant based wellness company. I love our products and they are a part of my lifestyle and journey. I am starting a 90-day challenge with my group soon and want to post progress and thoughts here as we do this together and work toward better health and better bodies!!
